Paint application station (primer)
Application of coatings on degreased and prepared metal (priming one\two sides) The section is assembled on a supporting steel frame. The supporting shafts are steel with a chrome-plated surface. The applying rollers are made of steel coated with a specialized polymer. High-precision adjustment of inter-roller gaps and the force of pressure of the applying rollers to the metal being processed. Drive – electric motors.
Strip stitcher
Stitching device. Designed to maintain stable coloring process. Hydraulic drive.
Chromate drying oven
Pass-through oven. Convection drying, with gas burner.
Primary strip degreasing tank with brush rotary assembly
Primary degreasing tank made of chemically resistant plastic on steel reinforced frame. With washing liquid circulation and filtration system (supplied with storage tanks with sedimentation containers). Additionally installed nylon brushes with electric drive for deeper cleaning.
Coiler
Coiler of finished product with a bore diameter of 600 mm, load capacity 7.5 tons, cantilever type. Hydraulic drive for unclamping the installed roll. Rotation drive - electric motor. Tension control. EPS - edge positioning winding system. Transport trolley for unloading finished products with hydraulic drive.
Strip tension unit
Pulling device. Provides controlled strip tension in-line. Reinforced steel shafts coated with wear- resistant rubber. Drive–electric motors.
Strip loop accumulator
Beam steel frame with shafts installed on it, balancing system and mechanism for emergency fall prevention when the strip tears. Provides accumulation and return of the tape to the line during operation to ensure a continuous production process. Chrome plated steel shaft.
